Job Description

TheWholesaleBusinessAnalyst supports theWholesalechannel through reportingsales,planningand overall businessanalysis.This role serves as a key liaisonbetweencross functional partners in Merchandising,Finance,& InventoryOptimizationprovidingdata-driven insights that support business decisions while ensuringour partners and accountsreceiveaccurate,timely, and actionable information.

TheWholesaleBusiness Analystis responsible foranalyzing businessand bookingsperformance, preparingin-seasonand annualforecasting, preparingmarket OTB,andreportingresults during marketand post market.This position should have a strong knowledge of Power BI, Looker, excel,JOOR andERP.This position reportstoand plays acritical role in supporting the success ofWholesale, allowing our reps to focus on drivingbusiness for the brand.

A day in the life...

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyzeand roll upmonthly and seasonalbookingsperformance

  • Prepareand reportOTB for upcoming market and track results

  • Track and report seasonal bookings and reorders

  • Tracksales and profit by account and help analyze results by location * market

  • Prepare all decks formerch,designand inventory optimization for post marketresults

  • Supportaccount repswithup-to-dateline sheets withaccuratepricing

  • Monitor performance against sales plans and key performance indicators.

  • Relate importantstyleopportunities to Key partners

  • Key partner to Wholesaleoperations relating toshipping and e-comm performance

In Market support

  • Partner withsales reps andteams to supportin-market and pre-marketinitiativesincluding tracking of special orders and requests

  • This includesverydetailedfollow upand closure ofcreating these styles with key partners.

Reporting

  • Work directly with finance / accounting todetermineneeds of reporting

  • Update and evolve current process foraccuratereporting andtrackingto original budget

  • Identifyareas of opportunity for creating new business based oncompanyownership

  • Identifyopportunities to improve efficiencyandreporting accuracy

  • Participatein cross-functional meetings andcommunicateoutcomes tokey partners

Qualifications for the Position

  • Afour-yeardegreein a related field

  • A minimumof5years'experience inretail and wholesale is preferred

  • Analytical Thinking skills

  • Attention to Detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • This position is classified as full-time salaried; it is exempt and is not eligible for overtime.This position is eligible for standard company benefits.

  • This position isrequiredtomaintaina structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your HomeOfficewill bedeterminedby your supervisor.

  • The position requires some domestic travelto Retail stores.

  • Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible,additionalworking hours during peak periods.

  • This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.

  • This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
