What You Will Be Doing

As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in bringing the Titleist brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. Partnering closely with the Lead Post Production, Lead Content Strategy, and Lead Cinematography teams, you will transform raw footage into polished, premium content across product launches, athlete features, social media, YouTube, educational programs, internal communications, and brand storytelling initiatives. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient post-production workflow by managing edits, organizing media, preparing deliverables, and supporting finishing tasks that keep projects moving seamlessly through the production pipeline. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented editor with strong storytelling instincts, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment while upholding the exceptional quality standards of the Titleist brand.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field required; alternatively, a high school diploma (or equivalent) with six (6) years of directly related experience.

  • Minimum three (3) years of professional editing experience creating commercial, branded, documentary, or digital content, including work across YouTube, social media, digital marketing, product launches, and brand storytelling.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and DaVinci Resolve.

  • Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing, rhythm, music selection, continuity, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

  • Working knowledge of post-production workflows, including media organization, project management, version control, digital asset management, quality control, and digital delivery.

  • Familiarity with color correction, audio cleanup, graphics integration, export settings, and delivery specifications for digital and social media platforms.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively with producers, cinematographers, creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Continuous learning mindset with an interest in emerging post-production technologies, motion graphics, and AI-assisted production workflows.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, work extended hours as needed, and perform light physical duties, including lifting or moving lightweight materials.
