Job description

Description:

Fighter Simulator/Academic Instructors train Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) personnel in operating and understanding the intricacies of the F-15 aircraft. Simulator/Academic Instructors play a crucial role in preparing Qatar Emiri Air Force pilots for real-world missions and ensuring their proficiency in handling the F-15 aircraft.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct F-15 simulator training sessions for Qatar Emiri Air Force pilots.
  • Deliver comprehensive academic courses covering F-15 systems, procedures, tactics, and emergency protocols.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, presentations, and visual aids to support the training curriculum.
  • Evaluate pilot performance during simulator sessions and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to enhance training programs and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in F-15 technology, tactics, and operational procedures to update training materials accordingly.
  • Participate in debrief sessions with pilots to review training outcomes, address concerns, and reinforce learning objectives.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Contribute to the development of new training initiatives and methodologies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the training program.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Previous Instructor Aircrew Qualification as Pilot or Weapons Systems Operator (WSO) in fighter operations (F-15E/S/SA/K/SG, F-15C, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, or other fighter/attack aircraft)
  • Minimum two (2) yeas experience as an instructor providing academic training in either military or civilian flight operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fighter aircraft systems, avionics, weapons, and mission planning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must possess a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous flight and training experience in the F-15QA Aircraft
  • Experience working with Qatari Emiri Air Force (QEAF) personnel.
