  • Strong background in equipment installation, retrofit, commissioning, and capital project execution
  • Experience leading capital projects in the $2M to $10M range
  • Ability to develop ROI, payback, and project justification models for major equipment investments
  • Prior leadership experience, including direct supervision, mentoring, or development of at least one engineer or technical team member
  • Strong working knowledge of manufacturing process improvement, plant equipment integration, and industrial project management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across plant leadership and cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves as the Sr. Project Engineer, Capital Projects:

We Offer:

  • Relocation support, including temporary housing and lump-sum assistance
  • A stable and well-funded manufacturing environment
  • Strong benefits package including healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and holidays
  • A safety-first and environmentally responsible culture
  • Leadership development and structured training for people leaders
  • Long-term growth opportunity within a larger industrial organization
