Job description

Job Title: Emergency Medical Provider
Department: Events
Reports to: Events Supervisor/Ballad Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY
Bristol Motor Speedway is looking for EMS providers of all levels to join our event team. This is a seasonal, event staff position.
The EMS provider will respond to medical calls, access patients, and provide medical care. Compensation is based on certification
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL PREFERENCES:
  • Provide medical assistance and treatment
  • Perform assessments to determine the extent of injuries
  • Provide comfort and reassurance to patients
  • Record treatment details and the patient's response to treatment
  • Knowledge of state EMS laws
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED and one to three years as an EMT, Advanced EMT, or Paramedic, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. After employment, you will be required to attend annual Track Services Training that is offered each year.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • TN EMT, AEMT, or EMT-P Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid Drivers' License
  • A copy of your EMS Certification and CPR Certification must be attached to your application. Failure to attach your certification may result in your application being rejected.
