Job Summary:
The Texas Warehouse Supervisor position at Voadera is a dynamic and pivotal role, essential for the efficient operation of the company's distribution network. This position requires managing both the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and coordinating international logistics. The supervisor will oversee various aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, product handling and distribution, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities involve ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and ultimately to Amazon Warehouses, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong communication with the international logistics team to streamline shipping processes.
  • Implement and manage advanced tracking systems for real-time monitoring of international shipments.
  • Identify and execute strategies for supply chain optimization to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Oversee warehouse security measures, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Implement and refine inventory management best practices for improved warehouse efficiency.
  • Supervise the preparation and packaging of products, ensuring readiness for efficient distribution.
  • Work towards achieving the target of shipping 3,000 units per week within the first quarter.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to streamline the product distribution process.
  • Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure product excellence and consistency.
  • Review with team products reviews to improve process for quality control.
  • Ensure that all items are shipped out to amazon fulfillment centers within 2 weeks of them arriving at the warehouse.
  • Facilitate efficient communication between warehouse and shopping teams to ensure seamless product handling.
  • Collaborate with the overseas logistics team to fulfill any FBM products that you will have in the warehouse.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the shopping team to align on goals and strategies.
  • Lead the recruitment process for new staff in the shopping or warehouse teams, focusing on quarterly hiring goals.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all not found is handled within the next week and not stored in the warehouse.
  • Look for opportunities for any possible warehouses that would give us a better rate than the current warehouse.
  • Ensure that the warehouse has the proper equipment and supplies to fulfill day to day needs.
  • Meet and report units shipped and not found units on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory management software
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in team management and training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain and warehouse operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address logistical challenges
  • High attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and inventory management
