Seattle Choice Transport is hiring recent CDL graduates and CDL permit holders
to join our Driver Trainee Program supporting the Amazon Freight Partner network. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience, build safe driving habits, and quickly transition into a high-paying solo driver role.
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $22/hour
- Schedule: 3 days per week (13-hour shifts)
- Overtime: Available after 40 hours

What Youll Do
- Haul Amazon loads (primarily no-touch freight)
- Operate modern equipment
- Run local (home daily) or regional routes (home every other day)
- Work a minimum of 39 hours per week
- Deliver loads safely, on time, and with professionalism

Retention Agreement (6-Month Commitment)
Drivers are expected to remain employed for a minimum of 6 months after being approved to drive solo. Early departure may result in a training reimbursement fee.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- GPS/mobile app experience
- High School Diploma or GED
