Part-Time Seasonal In-Home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Sullivan, MO
$19 - $24/hour

At Latitude Therapy, you'll work one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults in their homes and community settings, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

This is a part-time seasonal in-home position, which means you'll travel between client homes throughout your workday.

This position is an excellent fit for college students, aspiring educators, paraprofessionals, RBTs, and those pursuing careers in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting  
  • Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Submit session notes and documentation as required
  • Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
  • Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
  • Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
  • Travel between session locations as needed
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT certification preferred - we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
  • Prior ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and active auto insurance required
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities  
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
