Procurement Manager - Mission-Critical Supply Chain Leadership
Join a Teledyne FLIR Defense team delivering advanced surveillance systems that support defence, public safety, and search-and-rescue missions. In this role, you'll lead procurement for high-tech manufacturing programs where precision, timing, and supplier performance directly impact mission success. You'll work across commodities-from PCBAs to optics-ensuring materials flow seamlessly to production.

What you'll do
  • Lead and develop a team of buyers across multiple commodity areas
  • Drive supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost targets
  • Align material schedules with production demand to prevent shortages
  • Oversee purchase order execution and ERP transaction accuracy
  • Generate and present supply chain performance reports
  • Partner with suppliers to resolve delays and improve reliability
  • Expedite critical parts and manage inventory to support just-in-time delivery
  • Ensure SAP data integrity and process discipline
