Who We ArePHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States. We transport more than 22,000 patients each year from our 80+ bases across the country and maintain the highest standard of safety.
Job SummaryPHI Air Medical (operating under CAMTS guidelines) requires a pilot for an AS350 aircraft with VFR/NVG. 24‑hour operations (day/night rotation). Successful applicants must transition to the aircraft within 1 year (or 2 years if a relocation package is used). External search may run concurrently with internal posting. Successful applicants will participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies.
Responsibilities- Perform line pilot duties according to GOM.
- Support the Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns.
- Load and unload patients and equipment (lifting up to 100lbs).
- Work with internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service.

Qualifications- Commercial and Instrument helicopter ratings.
- First‑class medical certification.
- CAMTS requirement: 2,000 total flight hours, 1,500 helicopter hours, 1,000 PIC helicopter hours, 500 turbine helicopter hours, 100 unaided night hours or 50 unaided & 100 NVG hours.
- Weight restriction: 235lb. or less.
- Strong communication, internal and external customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a pre‑placement physical exam, drug screening, & background check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule 7&7; day of week the base changes schedules; schedule change may be required. Must reside within a 1‑hour or less commute of the base.
