Search Raters are individuals who evaluate the quality and relevance of search engine results. They typically work remotely and are tasked with assessing whether search results meet specific guidelines and match user intent. Their feedback helps improve search algorithms, ensuring users get accurate and helpful information when they search online. Search Raters must follow detailed criteria set by the search engine and often review a variety of content, including web pages, images, and videos.

What are some common challenges Search Raters face, and how can they overcome them?

Search Raters often encounter challenges such as interpreting ambiguous queries, staying updated with evolving guidelines, and maintaining consistency across large volumes of ratings. To overcome these, it's important to regularly review training materials, participate in any available refresher courses, and refer to official documentation when in doubt. Engaging with support forums or team discussions can also help clarify uncertainties and improve accuracy while working independently.

About Us

Double Care ABA is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company providing high-quality therapy services for children with autism across Virginia. Our mission is to make quality behavioral therapy accessible to families while delivering exceptional care.

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to improve our online visibility, increase qualified website traffic, and generate more client inquiries and enrolment throughout Virginia. We want someone who can deliver measurable results, not just reports. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, proactive, and capable of developing a long-term SEO strategy that directly contributes to increased client intake.

Position Summary

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives qualified client inquiries and new client acquisition for our ABA services throughout Virginia. This role goes beyond improving search rankings—it requires creating measurable business growth by increasing organic traffic, local visibility, and conversion rates.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in both traditional and emerging SEO strategies (including AI-powered search optimization), and comfortable collaborating with marketing and web development teams. Experience managing websites built on Webflow is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on generating qualified leads and increasing new client enrollments.
  • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall search performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis focused on ABA therapy, autism services, and local healthcare searches throughout Virginia.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and service pages for both search engines and conversions.
  • Develop and execute local SEO strategies to improve visibility across multiple Virginia service areas.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to increase local search rankings and phone inquiries.
  • Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical (white-hat) outreach and digital PR strategies.
  • Monitor competitor SEO strategies, backlink profiles, keyword rankings, and content performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute AI SEO strategies, including optimizing content for AI-powered search experiences and generative search platforms while staying current with evolving search engine algorithms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement SEO best practices on Webflow, ensuring technical and on-page optimization is maintained.
  • Manage website updates, SEO improvements, redirects, metadata, schema markup, and landing page optimization within Webflow.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, lead generation, and ROI using:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Search Console
    • Looker Studio
    • Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
  • Create SEO-focused content strategies, blog calendars, and landing pages that support both organic rankings and lead generation.
  • Produce monthly reports highlighting SEO performance, client acquisition metrics, competitor insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and new clients through SEO strategies.
  • Experience managing and optimizing websites built on Webflow.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawl optimization, indexing, and schema markup.
  • Experience developing and executing local SEO campaigns for multi-location businesses.
  • Experience with AI-driven SEO strategies and an understanding of how AI-powered search engines and generative search influence rankings and content visibility.
  • Proven experience conducting competitor analysis and translating insights into actionable SEO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and how SEO contributes to business growth.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
