Job description

D2C Marketing Coordinator with Shore Excursions Group.

Pay: $65,000–$80,000 per year

Location: Sunrise, Florida | In-office

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Vice President of Marketing

Join us as our next Marketing Coordinator at a high-growth Global Travel Company!

If you are ambitious, hands-on, and eager to learn how every part of a modern marketing engine works together, this is the kind of opportunity that can accelerate your career.

Shore Excursions Group is hiring a D2C Marketing Coordinator who will help launch real campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, social media, influencer marketing, content, website optimization, and conversion testing. You will work alongside experienced internal leaders, agencies, and creative partners while gaining exposure to nearly every channel that drives customer acquisition and revenue.

This is not a role where you will spend your time watching from the sidelines. You will publish content, coordinate campaigns, dig into performance, test new ideas, and help move projects from concept to execution. You will see the direct impact of your work and take on greater ownership as you grow.

About Shore Excursions Group

Shore Excursions Group (SEG) is the world’s largest independent shore excursion provider. We help cruise travelers explore destinations around the world through high-quality, small-group experiences at exceptional value.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an organized, curious, and proactive marketer who is ready to build. You will support the execution and optimization of SEG’s direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives while coordinating across internal stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

The right person enjoys moving between creative execution and performance data, can manage several priorities without losing the details, and is excited to develop into a well-rounded D2C marketer.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media and Campaign Execution

  • Support paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and emerging channels.
  • Coordinate the development of ad creative with agency partners, designers, and copywriters.
  • Participate in campaign reviews and own action items, reporting, and follow-through.
  • Help manage audience updates, product feeds, pixels, campaign tracking, and other execution needs with internal and external partners.

Website, SEO, and Conversion Optimization

  • Publish and optimize website content based on business priorities and agency SEO recommendations.
  • Coordinate content reviews to ensure destination, port, and product information is accurate.
  • Implement metadata updates and support technical SEO, answer engine optimization, and generative engine optimization initiatives.
  • Support website and email testing programs designed to improve conversion rates and the customer experience.

Content Marketing

  • Help develop and execute blog and destination content strategies that grow organic traffic.
  • Create content briefs and coordinate assignments, deadlines, and revisions with freelance writers and agency partners.
  • Publish articles in WordPress and complete internal linking, image optimization, schema markup, and SEO quality checks.

Social Media

  • Help manage SEG’s organic presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Review content calendars and creative assets for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor engagement, support promotional campaigns, and identify strong user-generated content.
  • Assist with performance reporting and recommendations to improve content over time.

Influencer and Affiliate Marketing

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management of influencer and affiliate partners.
  • Coordinate outreach, booking requests, communications, content deliverables, and campaign timelines.
  • Maintain partner databases and track campaign and partnership performance.

Email Marketing

  • Build and execute D2C email campaigns for past guests, website visitors, and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate audience uploads, template updates, scheduling, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Monitor campaign results and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Support third-party email partnerships and responsible list-growth opportunities.

Reputation and Customer Content

  • Monitor reviews across third-party platforms, social media, and SEG-owned channels.
  • Identify customer service issues that require escalation and coordinate timely responses.
  • Moderate website reviews and user-generated content submissions.
  • Curate strong customer reviews and testimonials for use across marketing channels.

Video and Multimedia

  • Coordinate the production of YouTube videos and other multimedia content.
  • Manage briefs, freelance resources, review cycles, and publication schedules.
  • Optimize published content using YouTube, search, and platform best practices.

Reporting and Project Management

  • Prepare clear marketing performance reports and track key metrics across paid media, SEO, email, social media, influencer marketing, and website performance.
  • Identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas that need further testing or optimization.
  • Manage multiple initiatives at once while keeping timelines, priorities, and stakeholders aligned.
  • Support special projects and new growth initiatives as the marketing team expands.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • A hands-on mindset and genuine interest in learning across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and marketing reporting tools.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with internal teams and external partners.

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, or conversion testing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and major social media platforms.
  • Experience publishing and optimizing content in WordPress.
  • Exposure to influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing programs.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, cruise, hospitality, or another consumer-focused industry.

Why Join Shore Excursions Group?

  • Build broad, practical experience across the full D2C marketing engine.
  • Launch real campaigns and see how your work contributes to customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Learn directly from experienced marketing leaders, agency partners, and specialists.
  • Take on greater ownership and responsibility as your skills grow.
