What You'll Do:

Looking for that unicorn company where you have the freedom and whitespace to have major impact, backed by the resources and support you need to be successful? We have an immediate need for a highly motivated, B2B Senior Demand Generation Manager, ready to own our end-to-end inbound demand generation strategy. You'll oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across multiple channels to support our company growth targets and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement demand generation strategies that target key segments to drive qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline. Coordinate campaign planning, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution to drive measurable results across multiple channels, including email, paid media, SEO, webinars and events.
  • Performance Measurement:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, lead quality, and pipeline impact using Hubspot. Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Paid Media Management:Plan and manage paid media efforts, including SEM, social media advertising, and retargeting, to drive traffic and leads. Define budgets, segmentation, and creative development.
  • Website Conversion & SEO:Work closely with Web and SEO vendors to optimize conversion. Collaborate with the content team to develop AEO/SEO-driven content that attracts and converts prospects at different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Sales Coordination & Support: Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, including joint ABM initiatives, tradeshows, deal acceleration, and sales enablement.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience in B2B environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of website and marketing analytics tools and services (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, WordPress, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Highly resourceful, excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously while monitoring timelines and budgets
