General Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in improving and managing our clients' search visibility and organic traffic. You will work closely with our development, content, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, resolve technical issues, and implement strategies that improve search rankings and performance.


This position requires experience with SEO auditing tools, keyword research platforms, analytics tools, and technical SEO practices, as well as a solid understanding of how websites are built and optimized for search engines. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, structured data, site performance, and search engine algorithms is expected.


SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation for client websites.


Technical SEO

Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site structure, redirects, canonicalization, and schema implementation.


Keyword Research & Content Optimization

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content growth and optimization. Work with content teams to ensure pages are properly optimized.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of agency experience
  • 2+ years of experience working professionally in SEO or digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

  • Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with SEO data and reporting
