09/10 SECURITY HIRING EVENT FULL TIME AND PART TIME $500 SIGNING BONUS: Seaport

Northeast Security is looking for Career orientated Security Officers, Supervisors and managers in the Boston, Seaport area.

Dress code will be business attire or business casual as you will be guaranteed an interview once sent an invitation!

Must be able to pass a credit check with no more than $2500 in collections along with our criminal background and drug check

Date: Thursday September 10th 2026 Time: 9:00am - 2:00pm Location: Seaport area, Boston

**Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually**

Minimum Security Officer Requirements:

  • 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • Previous security supervisor experience, or related field/education.
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Dependable means of transportation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Successfully pass criminal background screenings
  • Successfully pass drug screening
  • Strong professionalism
  • Career orientated
  • Strong Leadership skills

Security Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
  • Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
  • Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
  • Operation of mobile unit to monitor the exterior premises.
  • Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
  • Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
  • Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
  • Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
  • Maintain proper maintenance of the patrol vehicle to include routine or corrective maintenance, Vacuuming, car wash.
  • Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior)
  • Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
  • Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
  • Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc
