Job Description
We're looking for a top-tier Driver Recruiter to deliver exceptional service to our operations by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding high-quality independent contractor drivers across multiple markets. We need someone who is sharp, influential, and fully committed to providing a best-in-class recruiting experience. You'll be an essential part of our daily operation-and the work you do will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, industry forums, and local networking events to attract potential driver candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to assess qualifications, driving experience, and compatibility with the independent contractor model.
  • Onboarding: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is completed, including background checks, driving records, and compliance with company standards.
  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with drivers to foster trust and loyalty, acting as a point of contact during the recruitment process.
  • Promoting Company Culture: Effectively communicate the values, mission, and benefits of working with the logistics company as an independent contractor.
  • Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team regarding hiring progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all drivers meet legal and company-specific driving requirements, including certifications, insurance, and vehicle condition standards.

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a similar industry, preferred.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address candidate concerns and challenges.
