Position Summary
Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials to support production and shipping operations while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Outcomes/Responsibilities
Outcome: Deliver Accurate and Timely Shipments
Actions:
  • Achieve 94% or higher accuracy in order fulfillment by consistently picking, packing, and preparing outbound shipments according to specification.
  • Ensure all shipments are labeled correctly and meet DOT, OSHA, and hazardous material shipping regulations.
  • Meet 100% of the required shipping deadlines to maintain customer satisfaction.
