Job description

Currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Franklin, MA.

Responsibilities of Shipping/Receiving Associate include:

-Load/unload packages and materials from trucks

-Pack orders for shipment including correct SDS and other customer documentation

- assist customers with pick-up orders, providing excellent customer service

-Verify weight requirements and accuracy of orders

-Sort and organize received packages including items for resale

-Follow sales orders to put orders together accurately and in a timely manner

-Utilize various warehouse equipment to complete tasks

-Perform cleaning tasks and follow work safety rules

-Complete other general shipping and receiving tasks as assigned

Requirements of Shipping/Receiving Associate:

-Minimum High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

-1-3 years shipping/receiving and freight handling experience

-Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

-Experience operating forklift required

-Basic math skills

-Good organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to multi-task

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
