Job description

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) chargé de projet ayant une solide expérience dans son domaine d’expertise afin de contribuer à des projets technologiques structurants pour des organisations publiques et privées.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Animer des ateliers de formation et de sensibilisation aux méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) ;
  • Accompagner les équipes (développement, TI, métiers) dans l’adoption des rituels agiles (daily stand-ups, rétrospectives, revues de sprint, etc.) ;
  • Identifier les obstacles à l’agilité et proposer des solutions pour les surmonter ;
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour aligner les pratiques agiles sur les objectifs stratégiques de la Ville ;
  • Mesurer et analyser les indicateurs de performance agile (vélocité, burndown charts, etc.) ;
  • Documenter les processus et les améliorations apportées ;
  • Promouvoir une culture de collaboration, de transparence et d’amélioration continue

Requirements

  • Détenir un Baccalauréat en informatique, gestion, ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente) ;
  • Posséder minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel ou gestion de projet, dont3 ans en tant que Coach Agile ou Scrum Master ;
  • Posséder les certifications CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist ou équivalent (atout) ;
  • Maîtrise des frameworks agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) ;
  • Expérience avec des outils comme JIRA, Azure DevOps ou Trello ;
  • Connaissance des principes DevOps et CI/CD (atout).
  • Excellentes compétences en animation et en facilitation d’ateliers ;
  • Capacité à adapter son discours à différents niveaux hiérarchiques ;
  • Esprit d’analyse et capacité à identifier des axes d’amélioration ;
  • Leadership et capacité à inspirer les équipes.
