Sr IT Project Manager / Scrum Master Needed.
6+ Month Contract (expected to extend long-term).
Hybrid in downtown Chicago 3X per week.
40 hours per week, M-F.


Main Experience Needed:



  • Recently an Agile Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager / Scrum Master.

  • Prior experience working at a bank Needed.

  • Prior experience managing SDLC / Application Development projects needed.

  • Waterfall and Agile experience needed.

  • Managing 1 million+ dollar budgets.

* Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and SDLC-focused projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Manage project budgets in the multimillion-dollar range, including financial forecasting and reporting
* Drive project execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives
* Track project milestones, dependencies, and overall program health
