Job Title: Technical Scrum Master Retail
Location: Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite)
Duration: Long term
Note: We need strong Scrum master consultant not Program or Project manager.
Job Summary
This is a backfill role, We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master with a strong Retail and eCommerce background to lead Agile teams delivering enterprise-scale digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience managing retail applications, omnichannel platforms, CRM implementations, order management, inventory management, payments, and customer-facing digital solutions.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years as Technical PM, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong Retail and eCommerce industry experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional Agile teams
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile delivery teams using Scrum and SAFe methodologies
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlog
  • Drive execution of Retail and eCommerce initiatives
  • Coordinate releases across development, QA, business, and production support teams
  • Track project health through Agile metrics and reporting
  • Remove team impediments and ensure continuous delivery
  • Manage vendor and third-party integrations
  • Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives
