Job description

We are seeking an IT Scrum Master - Women Returnee to join our client’s team. In this role, you will facilitate and guide the scrum team, working closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand‑ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Serve as point of contact for external communications with customers or stakeholders.
  • Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that arise.
  • Help teams implement change effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams toward higher scrum maturity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8 to 14 years of total IT experience, with 2 to 4 years as a Scrum Master.
  • More than 6 months of current career break.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with software development.
  • English language proficiency.
