If your answer is yes, it's your lucky day as we are looking for a dynamic and talented person to join our team in the US! 

What will your role be? 
Scalian is looking for a Scrum Master to support the end-to-end delivery of projects related to IT Products and Applications. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, foster team collaboration, and support the successful delivery of business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to encourage continuous improvement, promote Agile values, and provide training where needed.

Job Description
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and team members
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding
  • Monitor progress and support the team in delivering on time, within scope and budget
  • Identify and help remove obstacles that may impact team delivery
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
  • Support deployment and adoption of business applications and processes
  • Provide Agile training and coaching to team members and stakeholders as needed
  • Contribute to portfolio planning and overall project visibility
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Scrum Master certification is required (e.g., CSM, PSM)
  • SAFe certification is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to train and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and operational processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Suite and Google Data Studio
