Must Haves

• 2-4 years in a Scrum Master role, Product Management role, or Product Engineering role, with knowledge of scaled agile frameworks

• Thorough knowledge and use of an agile tool, i.e., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne
• Background in agile delivery, project management, engineering, or product management
• Have leveraged some Scaled Agile frame ( PI planning ) – SAFe or any other framework
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA or any other agile platform ( rally , version 1 or any other enterprise platform )
• Ability to work across functional groups
• Ability to identify gaps and areas of improvement, provide recommendations
• Technical education and agile trained certified professional preferred
• SAFe certified (or other scaled agile frameworks) preferred
• Active involvement in the agile community
