Job Summary
The Project Lead will be responsible for managing projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves leading project teams, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation within the organization. The Project Lead will act as a Scrum Master, driving the Agile practices and assisting with change management processes. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies
2. Act as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
4. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
6. Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives
7. Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices
