No evenings. Monday–Saturday schedule. 
Pharmacy Technician - Aurora, IL - $18-22/hr
Pay: $18 to $22 per hour
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Aurora. You'll assist the pharmacist with prescription preparation, customer service, and daily pharmacy operations in a busy retail pharmacy. No corporate bureaucracy—just real work with real impact.
Responsibilities

  • Process prescriptions using pharmacy software
  • Prepare medications under pharmacist supervision
  • Assist patients at the counter and by phone
  • Manage medication inventory and stock
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Support pharmacists with daily workflow and operations
Requirements

  • Illinois Pharmacy Technician license (required) OR willingness to obtain within 90 days with our support
  • Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required
  • CPhT certification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • English required; Spanish strongly preferred. 
No retail experience? We actively train motivated licensed technicians. Our pharmacist team will teach you retail operations, patient engagement, and pharmacy management.
Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
