Job Title: Python Developer with Unix Shell Scripting

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:

•       5-8 years of experience in Python development / Unix Shell Scripting.

•       Familiar with Python development frameworks, Pipeline setup and frontend development is a plus.

•       Strong experience in Shell Scripting in BASH and KornShell (ksh) is  a plus.

•       Design, write, and debug shell scripts for task automation, data validation and system performance enhancement.

•       Experience in Shell Scripting covering data feed handling, implementing business logic.

•       Experience in implementation of logging and monitoring in scripts for performance tracking and issue diagnostics.

•       Optimize scripts for enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability.

•       Knowledge in version control systems (eg, Git).

•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to achieve shared objectives.

•       Ensure compliance with company and industry security and data protection standards in all scripting activities.

•       Candidate  should be familiar with Kubernetes/Docker solutions.
