About the Role:

This role is responsible for maintaining, developing, and continuously improving the standardized reporting and

analytical tools that support Subway's Development organization. The role owns the accuracy, timeliness, and ongoing

enhancement of the core Development reporting suite, and serves as a key analytics partner for the Development team

and cross-functional stakeholders across the business, translating data into insights that support restaurant growth,

closure mitigation, and portfolio optimization decisions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Development Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance —Update and maintain core Development reports, includingthe Development Dashboard, NRG Forecast, ClosureRisk, Renewals, and Transfer Analysis, ensuring dataaccuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting & Data Requests — Field and fulfillrequests from various departments, including ad hocqueries, data pulls, and custom reporting/data requests.
  • Tool & Dashboard Development — Update, develop,and continuously improve existing tools and dashboardsthat support the Development team's strategic actions anddecision-making; conduct ad hoc projects and analyses asrequested.
  • Analysis & Stakeholder Communication — Analyzeand communicate/present actionable results; interact withkey partners such as the Development team, businessteams, and IT partners.
  • Strategic Analytics Consulting — Act as strategicconsultant for the company to help interpret data andsupport informed Development decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree inMathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence using SQL, Excel, Tableau and Smartsheet;
  • Strong analytic skills and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Business Intelligence experience in report and dashboard development using Tableau, Excel and
    Smartsheet.
  • Strong SQL development/scripting experience (Amazon Redshift preferred).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience meeting with business team members to gather requests and turn vague requirements into action
    (reports, process improvements, data warehouse enhancements, etc.).
  • Experience building workflows in Alteryx.
  • Ability to partner with IT resources and translate business requirements into technical requirements
