As a Risk Management - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Associate, you will partner closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, project analysts/managers, and external vendor resources to plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end testing. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business testing function, including defining UAT strategies and approaches, ensuring traceability to requirements, and driving high-quality outcomes with meaningful business impact.

You will Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide consistent follow-up on automation testing status, risks, and coverage. Assess opportunities, design approach, and build automation solutions to improve efficiency and/or reduce cost. Reconcile automated test outcomes against expected results and manual baselines; investigate variances and stabilize scripts. Apply innovative automation techniques and tooling (e.g., AI-assisted script generation, reusable frameworks, CI/CD integrations, and intelligent test selection) to improve speed and reliability.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support testing and implementation of business-critical strategies and strategic deliveries.
  • Understand and validate the intent of business requirements; translate requirements into testable scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Formulate the test approach and detailed UAT test plan, including dependencies, risks, assumptions, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Execute business scenarios in UAT environments and document results with clear evidence and defect details.
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify questions, remove blockers, and provide regular testing status updates.
  • Ensure testing artifacts are current, complete, and stored appropriately (e.g., plans, scripts, traceability, execution evidence, sign-offs).
  • Reconcile outcomes across different test cycles and groups, and lead resolution of discrepancies.
  • Guide continuous improvement by incorporating process and tooling enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and milestone completion (planning, execution, defect triage, sign-off).
  • Help facilitate quality testing practices across products and releases, including governance and controls where required.
  • Leverage innovation and productivity tools (e.g., AI-assisted test design, test management accelerators, analytics dashboards, low-code tooling, and workflow automation) to streamline planning, execution, reporting, and defect triage.
 Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in manual testing, including creation of test plans/approach, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Experience with JIRA workflows, understanding end-to-end process flow, and creating/managing tasks and defects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Confluence - Dev Shell , Python and test management tools (e.g., qTest or similar).
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries for test validation and data analysis.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare and edit executive-level updates.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Intellectual curiosity with ability to learn quickly; high initiative, self-direction, and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience using innovation tools (e.g., AI/GenAI productivity tools, workflow automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and data/visualization tooling) to improve test design, execution, reporting, or operational efficiency.
