SierTeK Ltd. is seeking two (2) Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) Support Specialist to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Position Overview Section

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Support Specialist to provide instructional design expertise in support of the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) education and training mission. This position collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Course Directors, Curriculum Development Managers, production teams, and government stakeholders to design, develop, evaluate, and improve multimedia-based instructional products and training solutions.

The successful candidate will apply the ADDIE Instructional Systems Design model to develop effective learning experiences, integrate emerging educational technologies, evaluate course effectiveness, and ensure training products meet USAFSAM educational and operational requirements.

Essential Job Functions

Instructional Design & Curriculum Development

  • Apply all phases of the ADDIE model:
    • Analyze

  • Collaborate with SMEs, production teams, Course Directors, and Curriculum Development Managers to create effective instructional products.

Minimum Position Requirements

  • Five (5) years of applied experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) techniques and related disciplines.

Experience must include demonstrated knowledge in at least two of the following areas:

Instructional Design Practices
