  • Must have 3-5 years' service writer experience.
  • Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the telephone.

  • Schedule phone appointments and walking appointments. Multitask

  • Keep Customers updated on the status of their vehicle, trailer, and/or boat while in various stages from inspection/estimate to repairs and upon completion.

  • Understanding and promoting sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories associated service requirements.

  • Recommend services according to company and technician recommendations. Clearly communicate any additional recommendations from the Service Technician to the customer so that they can make an informed decision. Properly document all recommendations in customer file.

  • Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings. Be able to help assist customers in resolving issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, Time management skills
  • Skills of ordering correct parts correlating to service repairs orders.
