Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team in Lowell, AR. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being the go-to person for both customers and technicians, this could be a great fit.


What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Service Writer, youโ€™ll be the connection between our customers and service teamโ€”keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.

  • Greet customers and gather service details
  • Open and manage repair orders
  • Schedule and coordinate service work
  • Provide updates and communicate throughout the repair process
  • Answer phones and assist customers with scheduling and questions
  • Review completed work orders for accuracy (labor, parts, notes)
  • Handle billing, invoices, and payments
  • Balance cash drawer and process C.O.D. transactions
  • Support payroll tracking and technician time sheets
  • Assist the parts department as needed

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or service writing
  • Automotive, diesel, or transportation industry experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
