Job DescriptionThis position conducts moderate to complex analytical tasks to assist the electric operating districts plan work to meet operational and financial objectives. Translates business processes into clear, concise documents appropriate for various roles. Documents may include but are not limited to process diagrams, roles and responsibility matrices, presentations and procedures. Compiles, organizes, and summarizes data from multiple sources; monitors/tracks processes to ensure their execution within defined parameters. Supports safe, efficient and effective utilization of company resources.
Essential Duties
  • Providestechnical writing and content management support for work planning relatedpolicies, procedures, manuals, white papers, presentations and otherdocumentation as required.
  • Thisincludes editing, layout and publishing support to ensure high quality ofmaterial produced.
  • Createsspreadsheets that compile large sets of data for evaluation andpresentation Participates in meetings or interviews subject matter expertsto obtain technical understanding and clarification of documentationrequirements.
  • Coordinatesrequests for documentation and evidence.
  • Participatesin the development of methods to measure work performance in eachoperating district.
  • Coordinateswith electric operating districts to ensure Operations, Maintenances, andAdministrative General (OMAG) and Capital and Expenditures (CAPEX) fordistribution and transmission work is efficiently scheduled and completed.
  • Coordinatesand participates in process improvement initiatives.
  • Understandsand documents changes to electric operations business processes andsystems to improve efficiencies, accuracy, and customer service.
  • Ensuresall compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands andperforms related duties as assigned.
