  • Work on Deployment steps as per Deployment Guide.
  • Investigate Job failures and identify the root cause.
  • Scheduling, Running, and monitoring Batch jobs in Control-M and Control Center.
  • Data Mock-ups for specific test scenarios.
  • Assist Development and System Analysis teams for any defect or issue investigation.
  • Manage different test environments. Refresh the code and data periodically to keep all environments in sync.
  • Help the team to Automate the manual steps.
  • Documenting the steps for day-to-day activities and keeping in shared location.
  • Writing Unix shell scripts based on specific requirements.
  • Work on Adhoc service requests from the Business and IT users.
