Job Summary:
This role focuses on supporting the intricate operational aspects of marketing campaigns within a CRM environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and accurate development, deployment, and monitoring of various marketing initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact campaign efficiency and overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development and Setup: Support the end-to-end development and setup of marketing campaigns within our CRM platform.
  • Execution and Deployment: Oversee the accurate and timely execution and deployment of various marketing campaigns.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Assist in defining and implementing audience segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns are delivered to the most relevant customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Help document campaign processes and contribute to the development of operational best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in a CRM operations, marketing operations, or similar role, specifically supporting campaign development and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise-level CRM platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in campaign deployment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Technical Expertise:
  • Email execution experience in an enterprise-level system ESP (Braze, Salesforce, Eloqua), HTML knowledge, marketing script (AMP, Liquid Script), ability to write marketing script and conditional logic, SQL
  • Email Marketing CRM Platforms: Proven experience with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign). Experience with email service providers (ESPs) for campaign deployment.
  • Marketing Scripting: marketing script (AMP, Liquid Script), ability to write marketing script and conditional logic, SQL
  • Data Segmentation: Strong understanding of data segmentation techniques and tools within a CRM environment.
  • Campaign Automation: Familiarity with setting up and managing automated campaign flows.
  • Basic HTML/CSS: Ability to troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS issues within email templates.
