Overview
Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.
PMX Lift is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, the PMX Lift team is adding to our measurement department.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Supervisor of Measurement and Analytics, to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of executing PMX Lift campaigns, with a focus & expertise on Advanced TV campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts. This role will have a focus on Local and will include the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts across PMX Lift teams.
Must haves for this role a working knowledge of media measurement and understanding of local versus national campaigns. We look for team members who work with integrity, collaboration, empathy, innovation & dependability in mind.
Responsibilities
  • Reports to AD, Local Measurement & Analytics, PMX Lift
  • Participate in pre-campaign measurement planning and feasibility analysis
  • Work with Local investment team to help set-up advanced attribution measurement during campaign planning process
  • Track status of deliverables for campaigns at all stages - weekly pacing, post reporting, custom reporting, etc.
  • Partner with Activation team to compile and analyze post campaign reporting data, add headlines, insights, and recommendations
  • Communicate with partners regarding custom client measurement/reporting requirements
  • Aggregate and QA data from partners for custom client measurement/reporting projects
  • Participate in measurement projects and evolution of PMX Lift product suite

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 years of experience within an agency or media
  • Experience with Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT preferred
  • Experience with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of advanced attribution measurement such as sales lift, foot traffic, website/app visitation, script lift and doctor visits, attitudinal studies, etc. across ATV and CTV environments
  • Working knowledge of Traditional and digital media data
  • Understanding of the local marketplace
  • Ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
  • High attention to detail, ability to keep meticulously organized, and takes initiative on projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
