What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in scheduled in-home consultations
• Understand customer needs and design customized replacement window and patio door solutions
• Present Renewal by Andersen products, pricing, financing, and warranty options
• Guide homeowners through a consultative purchasing process
• Maintain customer information and follow-up activities within Salesforce
• Generate referrals and self-generated business opportunities
• Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What Makes Someone Successful Here

• A proven history of succeeding in commission-driven sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting and closing in a customer's home
• Self-discipline and personal accountability
• Coachability and commitment to continuous improvement
• The ability to work evenings and weekends
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
