Position: Senior Quality Analyst / Accessibility Tester
Location: Atlanta, GA (30334)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
Join our team as a Senior Quality Analyst specializing in accessibility testing. You will lead testing and audit activities to ensure digital products meet accessibility standards. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accessibility testing using both manual and automated tools.
  • Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts for multiple projects.
  • Document and prioritize ADA defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to provide feedback on requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on accessibility for web and mobile applications.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 7+ years of Quality Analyst experience with QA methodology.
  • In-depth knowledge of ADA tools (e.g., WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI).
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for WCAG 2.0, 2.1 level AA.
  • Proficient with automated test tools and test management software (Jira, GitLab).
