Job Summary:

The Senior Business Intelligence Data Integration Developer is responsible for data integration scripting, optimizing the integration environment, and ensuring the high availability of integration services.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for data integration scripting, optimization of the data integration environment, and recommend improvements to data integration techniques.
• Responsible in building the functions necessary to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data and metadata to transactional systems in real time (HL7) or batch methodology and for data warehousing environments.
• Provide troubleshooting and incident support for existing scripts and execute problem management to maintain high availability of integration services.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of related experience an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with Informatica Tool Kit, IBM DataStage, Rhapsody, Open Engine, McKesson HPM or similar enterprise business intelligence applications.
Preferred:
• Working knowledge of the multiple interface/integration applications at Penn State Health.
• Experience with developing and maintaining system interfaces with focus on supporting back-end processes for financial and clinical applications.
• Experience in working with multiple integration vendors.
• Detailed knowledge of various integration and interface types (HL7, FHIR, API, etc.)
