Job description

This position is within the FAA, Aviation Safety (AVS), Office of Aerospace Medicine (AAM), Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), Program Management Staff, AAM-006. The Office of Aerospace Medicine (AAM) develops and manages medical programs in support of Aviation Safety.

Qualifications:

TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-H (FG/GS 12) level, you must demonstrate in your application you possess at least one year of Specialized Experience equivalent to FV-G (FG/GS 10/11) level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes:

  • Video production, consultation, direction, editing, script writing, camera operations, set lighting, and video electronic graphics
  • Audio/visual (A/V) projects encompassing print design to visual/video production including the use of animation and real-life taping/recording
  • Operating, modifying, and maintaining digital recording and analog video equipment
  • Digitizing paper and photo documents for archiving
