Job Responsibilities
  • Deployments and Upgrades: Help implement new systems and perform application/system updates.
  • Script and Application Development: Write scripts or small applications to automate tasks.
  • Development Support: Assist with development and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Documentationand Training: Maintain accurate documentation for applicationsand training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
TechnicalKnowledge and Skills :
  • Must be familiar with using the Microsoft OS platform (Windows 11), MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc). Linux/Unix skills are also preferred but not required.
  • Must have coding skills in at least one or more languages. (example: C#, C++, PL/SQL, etc).
  • Preferred to have some troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Preferred to have scripting skills in one or more scripting languages. (example: Bash, Python, etc)
  • Preferred to have the ability to write and understand database SQL statements.
  • Familiarity with accounting, finance, HR, payroll or business process concepts is beneficial but not required.
