Job description

Job Summary:
Zymo Research is looking for a dynamic individual to join our NetSuite Team! This role focuses on NetSuite system administration rather than heavy coding or software development. However, having a logical understanding of programming-or interest in learning development-would be a plus and can be explored if the skillset is present.
The intern will support NetSuite system operations including configuration, saved searches, dashboards, workflows, user support, and general platform management. This position provides hands-on experience with how business operations are powered by technology. Ideal candidates will balance technical literacy, analytical thinking, and business process awareness, without needing full software engineering skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Documenting Current and New Scripts
  • Support Users in day-to-day needs
  • Develop automation to improve day to day efficiency
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to larger projects

  • Engage in Continuous learning about NetSuite and Business operations

Education and Experience:
Recommended Majors / Degree Background:
