Tax Relief Sales Representative
Chandler, AZ | In-Office Position

Guardian Tax is hiring motivated sales professionals to join our Chandler office. This is an inbound-only sales role where you'll speak with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt challenges. No cold calling-just real conversations with qualified, high-intent leads.

We're looking for confident communicators who can build trust quickly, explain solutions clearly, and guide clients toward the right resolution in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Compensation & Earnings

15% commission on all closed deals
Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses
Average reps earning $7,000-$13,000 per month
Top performers earning $15,000-$24,000+ per month
Consistent flow of inbound, high-intent leads
