Position: Experiences Supervisor - Big Bat Bourbon
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Operations Manager

Pay: $23.00 An Hour  


Position Summary: Provide active leadership for front-line team members daily. Will host bourbon experiences, Bar Tastings, and bourbon wizard experiences - proficient in every facet of the BBB experiences. Represent BBB for special events, serve as MOD for BBB's concessionaire team, and oversee concessionaire events. Assist with training, supervision and daily operations for the BBB experiences. Counsels team members on the spot as needed and utilizes proficient knowledge of BBB operations to quickly solve day-to-day store issues that may arise. Ensure accuracy of the experience scripts and all written policies as set by management. Work closely with management to express any scheduling/staffing/general needs for day-to-day operations. Manager on Duty as needed. Must be available to work most weekends and holidays.
 

Essential Functions: 

  1. Provide active leadership for front-line team members ensuring all policies are adhered to, and employee performance is top-notch. 
  2. Lead Big Bat Bourbon Experiences including Specialty Experiences. 
  3. Ensure the expectations are met as it relates to the BBB Experience scripts and performance standards set by management. 
  4. Ensures BBB opens, operates, and closes according to policy during MOD shifts.
  5. Lead morning meetings in the absence of management and ensure communication from management flows to team members on the floor. 
  6. Assist BBB Operations Manager and FOH Supervisor with experience schedule and ensure Outbound reservations site is updated according to standard procedure. 
  7. Work closely with Operations      Manager to ensure stocking levels for concessionaire program are correct.
  8. Oversee Big Bat Bourbon concessionaire team, and all related concessionaire events.
  9. Oversee Concessionaire inventory and complete concessionaire inventory reports quarterly.
  10. Address FOH malfunctions during MOD shift, including notifying our contracted A/V service providers.      
  11. Works closely with Operations Manager and FOH Supervisor to address any extraneous needs for day-to-day floor operations to ensure the business continues to run smoothly.
  12. Oversee evening events and acts as point of contact for event vendors and client when assigned.
  13. Handle customer complaints during MOD shift.
  14. Assist FOH Supervisor to ensure proper change is always on hand - open/close registers - ensure deposit reports are sent to finance department & management each night.
  15. Assist in Bottling Room when needed.
  16. Represent BBB with media and press coverage as needed.  
  17. Work closely with BBB Ops Manager to ensure concessionaire alcohol is correctly stocked and neatly put away in Alcohol Backstock.
