Responsibilities- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success
- Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding their perfect homes
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients' property search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
- Attend weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team protocols
- Participate actively in team events and initiatives as per team expectations
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Record all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology platforms
