Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success
  • Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding their perfect homes
  • Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients' property search criteria
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Attend weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team protocols
  • Participate actively in team events and initiatives as per team expectations
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls
  • Record all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology platforms
