Job Title: SIT and UAT Test Lead
Location: Buffalo, NY

Nature & Scope:
Positional Overview
This role will serve as the Test Lead for a major collateral management system upgrade within the commercial bank. The primary focus of this position is to plan, coordinate, and lead all testing efforts across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end conversion testing.
This is not a traditional BA role. This is a hands-on testing leadership role requiring deep experience creating structured test plans, test scripts, resource plans, and testing schedules while coordinating across testers, business users, vendors, and technology partners.
The role includes ownership of dress rehearsals and live conversion events tied to the platform implementation.
Systems & Programs in Scope
  • Collateral management platform upgrade (Broadridge ecosystem)
  • Broadridge STaC and/or EXPERE highly preferred
  • Integration with commercial banking systems and data environments
  • Vendor and document preparation system coordination

  • Lead SIT, UAT, and full end-to-end testing strategy and execution
  • Create detailed test plans, test scripts, resource plans, and testing schedules
  • Coordinate testers, business users, vendors, and technical teams
  • Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution
  • Plan and lead dress rehearsals and live conversion/go-live events
  • Ensure testing milestones and timelines are met
  • Partner with business, technology, and vendors to ensure testing coverage
  • Support audit, regulatory, and risk requirements through structured testing documentation
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
  • Minimum of 6 years combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.
  • Strong background acting as a Test Lead on large system implementations
  • Hands-on experience building testing artifacts from scratch
  • Experience coordinating large cross-functional testing efforts
