Job description

Scope of Position: The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for presenting individualized Treatment
plans to patients & ensuring all of their questions & concerns are taken care of. They also track
Unscheduled Treatment daily & follow-up with patients who did not schedule treatment.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Present & go over Treatment plans with patients for Case Acceptance.
Ensure the Unscheduled Treatment Report is up to date daily.
Check out patients.
Call patients & follow up on their Unscheduled Treatment.
Follow Tower scripts & tools to provide the best communication and customer service.
Rotate End of Day / Pre- Close
Input OOP Estimate on appointment & notify patient in advance of their OOP expense.
Make sure doctors' schedules are filled
Track unscheduled treatment on spreadsheet & follow up with patients.
Track daily acceptance & unscheduled treatment in spreadsheet.
Provide Treatment estimates.
Assist in answering phones, when needed.
Other duties as assigned by Business Office Coordinator.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
