Job description

New Hire Incentive is available for up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with varied 8-hour evening shifts: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Monday-Friday and 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM on weekends. Scheduling flexibility is required, including availability for weekends, holidays, and participation in the on-call rotation. This position is located at Scripps Green Hospital.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

  • Internal candidates
  • Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
  • New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  • Must remain in original Job Title
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

  • CRT
  • FLUORO ELIGIBLE (MUST OBTAIN FLUORO WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE DATE)
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARRT
  • C-Arm experience
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
