Overview

$5,000 Hire Bonus – 50% paid after 30 days of employment, balance after 180 days

Are you passionate about precision machining? We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists/Operators to join our dynamic team in Trumbauersville, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills (2-4 axis and 5+ axis), and other CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills (2-4 axis and 5+ axis) to produce precision parts.

Utilize G-Code and M-Code for programming and machine operation.

Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and tolerances.

Apply shop math skills to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and measurements.

Use CAM software for programming and optimizing machining processes.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliable machine operation.

Work closely with engineers and production teams to improve machining processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, G-Code, and M-Code.

Ability to perform machine setups efficiently for production runs.

Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Solid shop math skills for accurate calculations.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CAM software.

Experience with machine brands such as Star, Tornos, DMG Mori, Miyano, Makino, Haas, and Brother (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Shifts & Compensation

Multiple shifts available:

2nd shift: M-Th 4:30-3:00 / 4 day work week. 10% differential

3rd shift: Fr, Sat, & Su 6:00-6:30 / 3 day work week. Work 36 hours get paid for 40 plus get 10% differential.
