Role Description The Screen Printer is a full-time, on-site role based in Holland, MI, responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on garments and other materials. Day-to-day tasks include setting up screens, mixing and matching inks, loading and unloading materials, aligning artwork, and performing test prints to ensure color accuracy and print consistency. The role involves monitoring production runs, inspecting finished items for quality, resolving minor equipment issues, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Screen Printer will work closely with the production team to meet deadlines, follow work orders, and adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures. This role may also support basic embroidery or other decoration processes as needed to keep production flowing smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Practical experience or strong interest in Print Production, including workflow, quality checks, and meeting production timelines.
  • Ability to operate Printing and Screen Printing equipment, including setup, registration, ink application, and routine maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Embroidery processes and machinery is beneficial for cross-training and broader production support.
  • Skills in Print Design or working with artwork files, understanding color, placement, and design requirements for production.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work orders, and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality results.
  • Comfort with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment, following all safety practices.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with reliability in attendance and punctuality.
